| MOISTURE AND MOLD: As with any property, there may be moisture and mold issues at the property in the future and your cooperation and coordination with the landlords/owners inspection processes and any necessary and appropriate corrective action may be required. Should you have any maintenance issues regarding moisture and/or mold growth, you must promptly report them to the landlords/owners so that they can be addressed promptly and properly by them. |
| LEAD PAINT ISSUES: By law, if the home is older than 1978, which this home is, the landlord/owner is required to provide the tenant with both a Lead-Based Paint Disclosure and the Government's "Protect Your Family From Lead in Your Home" EPA pamphlet prior to signing the Rental Agreement (this is the Rental Application Form - not the Rental Agreement Form). Landlords/owners have no knowledge of lead-based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards in this housing, and they have no reports or records pertaining to lead-based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards in this housing. The Disclosure and Pamphlet state that lead paint, lead paint chips, and lead paint dust can pose health hazards if not managed properly, and that lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women. |
| RENTING OR LEASING TO OTHERS NOT PERMITTED: If accepted, I/we fully agree that I/we shall neither rent nor lease all or any part of this real estate property to anyone.
